Whether you are new to yoga or you are a more experienced student, you would be welcome at my classes. Each student can practice yoga at their own pace in a supportive atmosphere and all equipment is provided.

I have started to take my health and wellbeing more seriously as I want to stay fit and active into later life.  I have found the practice of Iyengar yoga has helped me to cope with and overcome a shoulder injury.   Attending Julie’s classes I realized the importance of building a firm foundation working from the soles of the feet and using the whole of the body to help areas of stiffness and tension to release.  Through continued practice I have gained flexibility and peace of mind.

Iyengar yoga is a holistic practice treating the whole person, body and mind together, you can feel any tensions ebbing away, I am determined to continue my practice to keep my mobility and keep arthritis at bay ( family history of arthritis).
