I teach hatha yoga classes with a focus on doing what feels good for you. Classes cater for all levels of fitness and experience with lots of different options to suit different bodies.
Although classes are usually in 6 week blocks with gradual progression over the 6 weeks, each class is suitable for all levels so there's no need to wait until the start of a course to join us! As well as movement (asana), classes involve breathwork and relaxation and I hope you will leave feeling calm & uplifted.
